Registration

At least one author for every accepted paper shall register to the conference. An accepted contribution will appear in the proceedings only if at least one of the authors has registered for the conference and paid the registration fee.

Registration can be done by bank transfer or credit card using the following link. The receipt will be sent to the email provided in the form upon verification of the payment. The registration fees (vat included) are as follows, where early registration is before July 15th 2014:

  • Standard early registration: 290 euros
  • Student early registration: 190 euros
  • Standard late registration: 390 euros
  • Student late registration: 200 euros
Members of the IAPR will have a 5% reducion, as requested by IAPR.
  • Standard early registration: 275 euros
  • Student early registration: 180 euros
  • Standard late registration: 370 euros
  • Student late registration: 190 euros

Students must document their status by providing a certificate of their university to the email .

Accompanying persons

The extra fee for accompanying persons must be payed by cash in loco

  • Welcome cocktail: 20 euros
  • Gala dinner + social event: 60 euros
